Training Administrator: Health & Safety
Location: Loughrea, Co.
Galway, Ireland.
Permanent, full time.

You will work closely with Project, Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) teams and report to the line manager.
As the Training Administrator you will support the day to day activities of the company's training programme to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
You will liaise with staff across the organisation to monitor and coordinate training needs and deliver the programme in line with business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Act as liaison between site teams, management and training providers, engaging with all levels of the organisation and suppliers.
Serve as the main point of contact for training processes in Ireland and the UK, communicating efficiently and fairly with stakeholders.
Use the Learning Management System to monitor and track training, ensuring bookings follow Learning and Development Plans.
Create training schedules, selecting the most effective delivery methods while considering cost and instruction.
Ensure all training follows company procedures and recommend process improvements to adapt to growing needs.
Provide training to personnel as part of onboarding and ongoing needs with site teams.
Adhere to minimum procedural requirements and support best practices for all staff.
Prepare regular training reports for the Group HSQE Systems Manager or Director.
Coordinate large volumes of activity, multitasking across projects and personnel.
Apply numeracy, negotiation and influencing skills effectively.
Understand and appreciate the training process dynamics.
Review and approve training tracking and documentation, keeping information up to date.
Follow and improve document control procedures, ensuring documentation meets formal requirements and standards.
Sort, store, and retrieve electronic and hard copy documents (e.g., training records).
Required qualifications, skills and experience:
Good level of education; relevant 3rd level education or office administration course preferred.
Experience establishing strong working relationships with colleagues.
High level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly proficient in written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or willingness to learn.
