Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of our 4-star hotel in Kilkenny. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience and supporting all departments during your shift.
As Hotel Operations Manager, you will be expected to lead, motivate, and support team members on shift, managing opening and closing procedures, conducting regular floor walks, and ensuring health and safety compliance. You will also be the first point of contact for guest queries, complaints, and special requests, handling cash, float reconciliation, and reporting duties with ease.
We are looking for someone with strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role within a hotel environment and are flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, we would love to hear from you.
