This well-known Insurance organisation are expanding their Marketing team and hiring a Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager. This is a high-impact role where youll shape and deliver the companys marketing operational plan, ensure brand consistency across all channels, and oversee innovative campaigns that engage clients, members, and prospects. Leading a talented marketing team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure every initiative supports business growth and strengthens market presence. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the annual Marketing Operational Plan, guiding a small team to deliver impactful campaigns, content, and events. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all channels, driving digital marketing and social media activity to boost engagement, and managing the marketing budget to maximise ROI. Working closely with internal teams, youll ensure cohesive messaging and a unified company presence while using data and insights to continually refine and optimise marketing strategies. It is expected that you have 5+ years experience in a marketing management role in a B2 B capacity with a proven track record in brand development, content creation, and delivering marketing campaigns along with strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams. Experience in financial services, insurance, or public sector organisations is an advantage.
