About the Role

We are recruiting a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our European Planning and Performance team. This role involves delivering performance reporting and financial forecasting to support business decisions and maintain financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain GAAP and MI financial models and forecasts to support analysis and decision-making.
* Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and ongoing forecasts by gathering inputs, updating financial models, and preparing summary materials.
* Prepare monthly performance reports and analyze results against the plan.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of performance reports, including profitability analysis and trend identification.
* Collaborate with teams across the business (e.g., Distribution, Proposition, Financial Control, and Commercial) to collect data and respond to queries.
* Drive process improvements as part of Project Enhance.
Essential Qualifications
* Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
* English language proficiency
Desirable Qualifications
* Studying towards a professional qualification (e.g., accountant or actuary)
