Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to fill the role of Logistics Specialist. The position plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our medical device manufacturing facility by supporting the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished products.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
* Audit inventory levels, accurately label, store, and organize materials and products in designated warehouse locations.
* Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for production use or customer shipment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records through proper data entry in warehouse management systems or ERP software.
* Assist in conducting routine inventory counts and stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Follow proper procedures for handling, packaging, and storing materials in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
* Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks safely and responsibly.
* Support production and logistics teams by delivering materials to workstations as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
* Report any damaged materials, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor promptly.
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience:
o 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience in a manufacturing, MedTech, or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
* Skills:
o Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
o Ability to use inventory management or ERP software.
o Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry).
o Good communication and teamwork skills.
o Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.
