We have over 1,200 employees globally and are currently looking for the newest member of our team.This role requires minimum two days per week in our Kilkenny Office.Role PurposeThe Technical Integration Specialist is crucial in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of Partner products, services and/or software solutions into and out of the Fintua ecosystem via an API first approach. The role is both technical (IT and Business) and relationship (onboarding and post go live) focused giving a broad opportunity for skill set usage and development.The Technical Integration Specialist is the technical point of contact for integrations in and out of the Fintua ecosystem so must be both technical and business savvy in their approach.The role is both externally focused working with Partners to ensure seamless and uninterrupted connectivity while supporting ongoing training and support, and internally focused working with colleagues across Technical, Product, Operations and Partnerships to ensure a seamless Customer Journey is delivered.As this is Partner and internally facing role it requires a combination of technical integration know-how/experience, SAP and other ERP integration experience with strong relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration RoadmapTranslate business goals into API product strategy and roadmaps - translate company and customer business objectives into a clear API product strategy and prioritized roadmap. Ensure API initiatives support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term platform scalability.Define clear API value propositions (internal, partner, or public APIs) - define and articulate the value of APIs for different audiences, including internal teams, external partners, and public developers. Clearly communicate how APIs solve specific problems, enable integrations, and create measurable business impact.Partner IntegrationsGuide new partners through an integration solution setup and configuration, tailored to their offering and Fintua’s ecosystem.Work with Partners and internal Fintua Teams on integrating Fintua’s products onto Partner platforms for reselling purposes.Gather requirements, create a project plan, and manage the integration internally and externally to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.Deliver structured training and workshops as required with Partner teams.eInvoicing IntegrationsWork with and be the main technical integration point of contact for Fintua’s Clients as they onboard onto Fintua’s Partners solutions for eInvoicing.Guide, support and assist the Client(s) on how to successfully connect their ERP solution (predominantly SAP instances) to both Fintua’s ecosystem and Fintua’s underlying Partner’s solution.Ensure all documentation and end user resources are kept up to date, easy to understand so Partners become self sufficient.Ensure ‘check-in’s’ are in place with Partners on a regular basis from a technical implementation perspective to ensure the Customer Journey remains seamless.Partner Success & GrowthWork with the Partner Team to help drive continued success either through existing integrations or by identifying new potential integrations options/solutions that will drive revenue into Fintua.Work closely with Product and Technical Teams to identify areas of improvement regarding the Customer Journey in/out of the Fintua ecosystem and wider potential improvements for the ecosystem.Conduct regular integration reviews with Partners to ensure the solution in place remains effective and understood from Partners perspective. Relay these insights internally so that proactive action can be taken as required.Skills & ExperienceIntegrations via API first approach: Strong understanding and experience in various integrations to deliver a seamless Customer experience.Technology Enablement: Experience with SaaS solution implementation, configuration, and training (preferably in tax, finance, or compliance technology).ERP Integration Expertise: Experience and expertise in integrating products into various instances of SAP and ideally other ERP solutions (Oracle, Workday etc).Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical requirements and nuances with clarity while have excellent training and relationship management capabilities.Analytical Approach: Have strong analytical skills to solve any issues and clearly explain the solutions that may arise during the implementation process.Preferred ExperienceERP experience working with partner or reseller ecosystems.SAP certification in integration technologies would distinguish you, as would experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP API Business Accelerator Hub.Supporting post go-live integrations.Delivering structured implementation training programmes.At Fintua, we are a community of like-minded individuals committed to excellence in everything we do.
