What you bring: Demonstrable experience in business development within the infrastructure or transportation sector in Ireland, showcasing your ability to navigate complex markets. Proven track record of managing high-value bids or projects involving multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to build trust-based relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and community representatives. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities for preparing persuasive RFPs and delivering impactful presentations. Strong negotiation skills combined with sensitivity towards different perspectives during discussions or contract negotiations.
