Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support and Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and contributing to continued growth.
A key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT hardware, including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. You will install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems, as well as administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
Your technical expertise will extend to providing support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner. You will also monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls, and oversee equipment management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and disposal.
Furthermore, you will support ERP and CRM systems, including user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and liaising with vendors or consultants as needed. You will also manage and maintain the company website, including updates, security, and integration with other systems. Ensuring data security and backup procedures are in place and regularly tested is another crucial aspect of this role.
You will collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support new technologies and systems. Additionally, you will document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's IT infrastructure remains current and secure is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Proven experience as an IT Support and Systems Administrator or similar role is necessary. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration is also required.

Experience managing and maintaining websites, including content updates, security, and performance optimization, is also required. Network administration and troubleshooting skills are essential. Proficiency in managing and maintaining Windows and macOS operating systems is necessary. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
