Construction Site Technician
to join team within Construction Company working across various projects in Greater Dublin area for different sectors including civil, residential, commercial and industrial. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date site diaries and align workforce levels with project programme targets
* Collaborate with and support the Project/Site Manager to ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations
* Implement and oversee Health & Safety protocols and Quality Management Systems
* Drive continual process improvement while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
* Coordinate material requisitions and manage timely, specification-compliant deliveries
* Lead and participate in site meetings to ensure clear and consistent communication among stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
* Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background
* 1–2 years' site experience, ideally with setting out.
* Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational abilities
* In-depth understanding of construction practices and industry regulations
