Role OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Support Analyst to support delivery across a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives within a Dublin-based Financial Services client.This role is suited to candidates with early project delivery experience who can operate in a structured programme environment, providing coordination, governance, and delivery support to senior stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery SupportAssist in the planning, execution, and tracking of digital transformation projectsSupport project managers with day-to-day delivery activitiesMaintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reportsGovernance & ReportingPrepare and manage project documentation (status reports, steering materials, dashboards)Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across workstreamsEnsure adherence to project governance frameworks and PMO standardsStakeholder CoordinationCoordinate meetings, workshops, and project forumsCapture actions, decisions, and follow-upsLiaise with business, technology, and third-party stakeholdersData & AnalysisSupport data gathering, analysis, and reporting for project performanceAssist in preparing insights for senior stakeholdersRequired Experience & Skills1-4 years' experience in a project support / PMO / junior PM roleDemonstrable experience supporting digital transformation programmes (essential)Strong organisational and coordination skillsExperience working with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysisStrong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholdersDesirable ExperienceExposure to Financial Services environments (nice to have)Background in consulting or professional services (nice to have)Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologiesUnderstanding of change management or business transformationKey AttributesDetail-oriented with strong attention to accuracyProactive and able to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, structured programme environmentStrong team player with a collaborative mindsetAbout Korn FerryKorn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
