* Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation: Develop informative and engaging articles that resonate with our playful tone and games style.
* Content Maintenance: Ensure accurate and consistent presentation of information across all platforms.
* Knowledge Articles: Provide precise and accessible information to support customer service efficiency.
* Template Creation: Continuously develop and update FAQs and pre-written responses.
* Additional Responsibilities:
* Language & Structure Improvement: Serve as the team's expert in English language and structural integrity of content.
* Enhance clarity, flow, and engagement of text produced by the team.
* Content Management: Conduct regular reviews to assure content accuracy and relevance.
* Team Collaboration and Support: Mentor team members, enhancing their instructional writing and English language skills.
* Requirements:
* Native-level proficiency (C2) with exceptional ability in both written and spoken forms.
* Extensive experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and contexts.
* Advanced skills in content editing and proofreading.
