A Guesthouse and Restaurant that feel like they belong — that reflect our neighbourhood and community, and that generously welcome curiosity, craft, and discovery.Ómós will pride itself on our standards, uniqueness and our guest experience and we are now assembling our team experienced Chef de Rangs.Ómós will blend our kitchen service and front of house team in a seamless and collaborative manner.Supported by our team of Chefs, our Chef de Rangs, will serve guests and explain each dish to exacting standards. Our Restaurant will include an open kitchenwhere many of our dishes will feature food cooked over a wood fire.In Ómós, there will be one Restaurant sitting a day; Tuesday to Saturday and a lunch sitting on a Saturday.ResponsibilitiesThe role: Reporting into our Restaurant Management Team, you will have proven and demonstratable experience of working in similar high-quality establishments. However, alongside your experience, we seek Chef de Rangs who are kind, organised, those who enjoy a collaborative environment, wish to grow and have meticulous attention to detail.What we are seekingPrevious experience in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Legal eligibility to work in the Republic of IrelandStrong attention to detail,a commitment to service excellence and a person who enjoys working a part of a team.Awarm, friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
