Job Description:
* Delivers accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for mechanical and cleanroom projects.
* Reviews technical specifications and project documentation to ensure correct pricing.
* Coordinates with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and build cost breakdowns.
* Liaises with procurement teams to ensure value and compliance.
* Supports the project team with cost analysis, forecasting, and documentation as projects progress.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. They should have experience in estimating, cost analysis, or tendering, preferably in cleanroom, building services, or mechanical contracting.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent organisational abilities and good communication skills. The ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams is also required.
