Airport staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Export Executive to join a well-established and growing air cargo operation based in Limerick. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage end-to-end air export shipments
Arrange bookings with airlines and overseas agents
Prepare and process export documentation accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and export procedures
Monitor shipment schedules and provide proactive updates to customers
Liaise with hauliers, warehouse teams, airlines, and international partners
Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly
Process shipment costing, billing, and invoicing where required
Maintain high service levels and strong client relationships
Requirements
Previous experience in air freight exports or freight forwarding (2-4 years)
Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple shipments in a busy environment
Proficiency in freight/logistics systems and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
