Company Information and Introduction:We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator with exceptional organisational and communication skills and a passion for performance excellence.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organisation within the alcohol sector with both global and multi-national clients at our Wexford Site.Key Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain stock information. Investigate discrepancies and advise the relevant stakeholders. Provide stock listings.Liaise with other departments and suppliers for required information to ensure accuracy of all information entered onto systemMaintain and update purchasing recordsMonitor and co-ordinate shippingEnter sales orders onto systemPrepare month end reports as requiredMonitor incoming emails and answer or forward as requiredMaintain office filing and storage systemsUpdate and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information when new information received or requestedPerform other general duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business as and when requiredKey Skills and Competencies:Experience:Managing inventory, processing shipments, and ensuring all records meet regulatory and operational standards. Familiarity with customs procedures, import/export documentation and in liaising with freight forwarders and regulatory bodies will be considered an asset.Previous experience working as an administrator within a bonded warehouse environment is desirable.Skills:Strong organisational and time management abilities are essential, alongside keen attention to detail and accuracy. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively will also be valuable assets in this role.Knowledge:MS Office Suite and experience of ERP systems specifically Microsoft Dynamics Navision would be an advantage.
