Project Manager (Junior / Senior) – ConstructionLocation: South East IrelandJob Type: Full-time, PermanentWe are a growing construction company operating across the commercial and private residential sectors in the South East. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Junior or Senior level) to join our team and manage multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety.This role would suit either:A Senior Project Manager with extensive construction and project management experience, orA Junior Project Manager with a strong construction background or relevant qualification, looking to progress their career.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from pre-start through to handoverOrganise and coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliersOversee all on-site construction activitiesEnsure works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications, and programmeMonitor project timelines, costs, and quality controlLiaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with health & safety regulationsAttend and chair site meetings as requiredResolve on-site issues and manage variations where necessaryRequirementsSenior Project Manager:Extensive experience in construction project managementStrong background in commercial and/or residential constructionProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organisational and communication skillsJunior Project Manager:Strong construction background or relevant third-level qualification (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar)Previous site experience is essentialWillingness to learn and progress within the companyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailFor All Candidates:Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectivelyGood knowledge of construction methods and sequencingFull clean driving licenceReferences will be requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a growing and ambitious construction companyLong-term, secure positionCompetitive salary depending on experienceCareer progression opportunities for the right candidateJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: €20.00-€26.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:Company carCompany pensionOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
