Responsibilities
1. Provide Local IT Support (Hands and feet) in end user computing environments, including:
* Corporate office end users
* Remote/Home office end users
* Mobile end users
* VIP end users
1. Provide Level 2 Support for Service Requests and Incident Resolution related to hardware, software, and applications, following local language and environment requirements.
2. Support client site activities adhering to health & safety protocols.
3. Configure and support collaboration, communication, and productivity systems, including conference rooms.
4. Assist with self-service software deployment, password changes, and basic tasks.
5. Manage specialized devices requiring patching and upgrades, such as production devices and VIP user devices.
6. Handle patching and vulnerability management of end user devices.
7. Maintain asset lists for all EUC equipment by location.
8. Perform IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission) support, including request validation, communication, scheduling, and execution.
9. Coordinate with users and vendors to minimize impact during IMACD activities.
10. Ensure all equipment and software are prepared and configured correctly for IMACD tasks.
11. Manage replacement of failed devices and maintain spare inventory.
12. Support hardware disposal in compliance with client policies.
13. Provide support for Data Center and Server Room assets, including vendor engagement and asset disposal.
Skills / Requirements
* Disconnection and reconnection of workstations, peripherals, and phones.
* Experience with imaging and reimaging Windows OS for desktops and laptops.
* IMACD and asset inventory experience.
* Ability to follow documentation and knowledge articles for provisioning and troubleshooting.
* Proficiency with remote desktop applications.
* Knowledge of imaging tools like SCCM and Intune.
* Delivery and setup of PC equipment.
* Use of trouble ticketing systems.
* Support for wireless devices (Blackberry, Android, iPhone).
* Proficiency in Microsoft OS, applications, Active Directory, and GPO.
* Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Windows, MS Teams, Lotus Notes, Skype for Business, Intune, and M365 tools.
* Support for Apple OS X and hard drive encryption software.
* Printer support in enterprise environment.
* Ability to create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
