Job Title: Financial Controller
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.
About the Role:
* Oversight of annual budget, strategic plans, and maintenance of rolling forecasting across group companies
* Forecasting weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow position of the Group
* Managing all banking relationships and assist with sourcing funding
* Presentation to Board on monthly/quarterly performance results/li>Edit preparation for statutory audit management process dealing with external auditors/li>Tax accounting review ensuring accurate returns filed tax authorities./li>
