Job Overview Our client, an Irish based life sciences company, are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join their team. This position is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for graduate and early-career roles, and the coordination of recruitment administration across the organisation. Responsibilities also include supporting core HR operations such as HR reporting, HR system administration, employee relations support, internal communications and project activities. The role will provide broad HR exposure within a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment Prepare and manage onboarding for new hires Support employee relations by addressing concerns and coordinating follow-ups Assist with absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes per policy Lead absence management, providing analysis and supporting manager reviews Manage monthly HR reporting, including turnover, attendance, and recruitment metrics Lead employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing events Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries Maintain and update employee records in the HR system Prepare, process, and ensure compliance of HR documents, letters, forms, and reports Support Visa applications ensuring legal compliance Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice Coordinate employee inductions Core Skills/ Attributes Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Strong communication skills Highly organised Proactive problem-solver Multi-tasker Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Qualifications A degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline Experience in a fast-paced HR and recruitment environment Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems Skills: "Human resources" "recruitment" "ATS" "onboarding" "employee relations
