We're Hiring: Area Manager

Hours: 39 hours per week (flexible; evening site visits required)

At Samsic Facility, we're looking for a client-focused Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile contracts. In this role, you'll work closely with the Client Services Manager to ensure service standards are met, staff are supported, and client expectations are exceeded.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems on the ground, and leading with integrity and precision.
What You'll Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and contract retention
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of on-site staff
* Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure service delivery, compliance, and safety
* Monitor performance, manage documentation, and provide operational support across sites
* Oversee scheduling, stock control, and resource planning
* Collaborate with Site Supervisors to maintain and improve standards across the board
What You'll Bring
* 2+ years of experience in an operations, area, or facilities management role
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP or stock system experience is a plus
* Full, clean driving licence and flexibility for evening site visits
* Industry-specific experience and Manual Handling certification desirable
