Leadership Role in Mental Health Nursing
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and experienced mental health nurse to take on the position of Assistant Director of Nursing, where they will play a key role in supporting the Director of Nursing in achieving the strategic goals of the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical oversight, governance, staff development, quality improvement, and strategic input to ensure safe and effective care aligned with national standards. They must have strong leadership skills as well as experience working at Assistant Director or Clinical Nurse Management level in mental health services.
* A minimum 7 years post-registration nursing experience consisting of at least 3 years' experience working in adult mental health services.
* Established acute clinical management experience within both mental health and older person's care sectors.
