Chef de Partie — Cornstore Limerick
Hours: 20–40 hours per week

Cornstore Limerick is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team. What You'll Do:
* Prepare and execute dishes to Cornstore's high standards of quality and presentation.
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
* Support daily kitchen operations including prep, stock rotation, and hygiene compliance.
* Take ownership of your section, ensuring organisation, efficiency, and consistency.
* Contribute ideas for menus and specials, particularly during our busy festive period.

* Previous experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
* A passion for high-quality, seasonal food and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
