Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Parts Sales Front Counter representative.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and support through accurate allocation and efficient sales and dispatch of parts stock.
* Engage in outbound calls for sales purposes.
* Maintain daily stock ordering procedures.
* Process receipts of received parts.
* Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
* Prepare invoices for parts sold at both front and back counters.
* Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in commercial or selling roles is essential.
* Familiarity with technical knowledge of trucks, buses, and their components is necessary.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under time constraints is crucial.
