As such, we're looking for an experienced & ambitious Marketing Manager to join our team to lead the strategic growth of our portfolio of 20+ FMCG brands.
This is a high-impact, senior role; ideal for someone who's ready to step up, take ownership, and lead from the front.
You'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, lead integrated campaigns and collaborate with a talented internal team and external partners to deliver best-in-class marketing.
As Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, working closely with experienced internal teams and external partners to drive brand performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-performing marketing team that values clarity of thinking, creativity with purpose, and delivering results.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Brand & Marketing Strategy:
• Lead the development of annual marketing brand planning across multiple brands.
• Set objectives, KPIs, and manage budgets to deliver against business targets.
Campaign & Activation:
• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, digital, shopper, PR, etc.)
• Manage agency relationships and creative briefing processes.
• Guide internal design and content teams to produce best in class assets.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
E-comm, Digital, Social & Influencer:
• Oversee digital and social strategy for your brands, working with our in-house team.
• Supporting e-comm brand activation across online retail platforms where relevant.
• Lead influencer and ambassador partnerships to build reach and relevance.
Innovation & NPD:
• Work with the wider marketing and innovation teams to identify opportunities.
• Input into concept development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead marketing execution for launches from pre-launch to in-market rollout.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure marketing activity strategically aligns with commercial objectives and business priorities.
• Support retail media customer marketing plans, representing the brands externally.

Who We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
• A strong track record of managing & developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of brand planning and campaign delivery.
• Experience in leading both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Commercially minded, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working at pace, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
