Responsibilities: Oversee all MEP-related contracts from pre-construction to handover.
Review and negotiate terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations, legal requirements, and project specifications.
Lead the MEP delivery of residential and commercial projects, ensuring adherence to programme and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with construction and design teams to ensure coordinated MEP integration.
Monitor project progress, report on performance, and address risks and delays.
Review MEP designs and specifications for buildability, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
Ensure installations are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Liaise with consultants and design teams during value engineering and design development phases.
Appoint, brief, and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversee site activities to ensure safe, high-quality MEP installations.
Ensure subcontractor deliverables meet performance, safety, and contractual standards.
Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, valuations, and cost controls.
Support claims management and contract variations.
Assist in monthly reporting and forecasting of MEP works.
Ensure MEP works are carried out in accordance with HSE policies and safe work practices.
Promote a strong health and safety culture across all project sites.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP contract/project management, with proven delivery of large residential and commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of building services design, MEP systems, and construction methods.
Experienced in managing contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, or similar).
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management systems.
