About the Role
As a Home Energy Sales Advisor, you will assist customers and partner network in navigating SEAI Retrofit grant eligibility, providing expert guidance on project pricing, timelines, and upgrade measures tailored to offer the best return on investment. This is a dynamic, office-based position where you will be a trusted energy advisor and a crucial part of the sales and customer success journey.
You'll also collaborate closely with our Analytics, Design, and Documentation teams to ensure each project is accurately scoped and seamlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with prospective clients through inbound leads, events, and referrals.
2. Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and advise on upgrade solutions.
3. Present proposals clearly and professionally, guiding homeowners through financial and technical details.
4. Stay current on SEAI grant schemes including One Stop Shop, Community Energy Grants, Better Energy Homes, and Vacant & Derelict programs.
5. Work with internal teams to ensure accurate project scoping and client satisfaction.
6. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through clear, confident, and informed communication.
7. Use CRM systems to manage leads and track your pipeline effectively.
What You Bring
8. Proven track record in sales, ideally within energy, home improvement, or construction.
9. Familiarity with BER and energy efficiency solutions (solar, insulation, heat pumps, etc.).
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – confident, clear, and persuasive.
11. Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
12. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools to manage your workflow.
13. Passion for sustainability and a willingness to grow your knowledge with us.
