You'll help them enhance their systems by introducing new features, products, and solutions that drive real business value.You'll be part of our Customer Success Office (CSO), whose mission is to deliver the support and services that help our customers achieve their goals with their ERP software.This role is ideal for someone looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to build a career in account management within a technology-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with our growing customer base. You will be their point of contact and their advocate within the Customer Success Office. Your duties will include:Working collaboratively with our Project Management Office as part of our new customer Hypercare processWorking with other Customer Success Office personnel to deliver an optimum service to your account.Meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.Ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date.Working with marketing to contributeto customer campaigns e.g. new product launches, webinars and events.Contribute to our library of supporting documentation for products.Maintaining positive relationships with existing CustomersSkills and AbilitiesA person that has some of the following skills and abilities would be at a distinct advantage:A systematic approach to work with a "can do" attitudeMust demonstrate initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills and a friendly empathetic mannerAbility to work under pressure and manage customer experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel to customer site when requiredPreferred Qualifications and ExperienceA person applying for this role would be at an advantage to have the following:Diploma or qualification in Business Management or Accounting/Finance would be an advantageProven experience in delivering excellent customer servicePrevious experience or exposure to Intact iQ or other similar ERP/Business SoftwareFull Clean Drivers LicenceBenefits and CultureOur perfect fit ethos extends to our Intacters, ensuring that our roles, environment, benefits and progression paths are geared toward their professional and personal development.As noted, Intacters drive our culture.
