Overview
Your new role is that of Branch Manager with a large insurance firm.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the branch sales office operation and achieve performance levels and sales targets.
* Manage costs and identify and introduce efficiencies where possible.
* You are a people leader and in this role you will coach and develop staff, manage and recognise high performance and manage under performance.
* Lead and manage performance of Sales Executives and Advisors.
* Provide coaching, development and support to staff.
* Work with other branch managers to best utilise shared resources.
* Grow revenue through direct selling and account management, personally and with the office team.
* Target customer segments in multiple sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximise penetration.
* Manage all aspects of the sales process i.e. prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals and referrals.

Who are you
* Possess CIP qualification
* Proven track record in sales, relationship management and people management
* In-depth knowledge of sales processes - prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, and call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals and referrals
* A full clean driving licence
