OverviewSquarespace Talent Acquisition Partners drive the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, sourcing and screening top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a successful match between hiring needs and candidates’ experiences, interests, and career goals. This role aims to contribute to the company's mission by identifying and hiring the talent that drives innovation and success.You will specifically support recruiting efforts for R&D teams across Dublin and Portugal, which includes Engineering and Product.This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin office 2-3 days per week. You will report to a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead and be based out of our Dublin office.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting across our R&D teams in Portugal and Ireland, including internal hiring processesBuild creative sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs for each role and team, bringing diverse talent with experience building product that impacts millions of customersBuild high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; driving search progress while supporting SWE pipelinesDevelop a deep understanding of the impact, goals, processes, culture, and skill sets needed of hiring teams to co-author job postings, and craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidatesBuild and maintain a white-glove search experience for hiring managers and candidates while leveraging BrightHire, Greenhouse, and reporting to scale your practiceBring your unique approach to building candidate and hiring manager relationships while representing Squarespace’s brand and cultureMaintain accurate and detailed records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support reporting and onboarding processes.Adhere to SLAs, processes, and People Team best practices.
