Purpose of the Role
To ensure the safe and efficient operation of the baking process, to maximise output within laid down parameters and ensuring that quality standards are achieved at all times.
Responsibilities as a baker team member
Able to prepare, mix, plate, shape and bake products according to recipe guidelines with strong focus on quality.
Maintaining a high standard of work.
Complying with food safety standards to ensure HACCP are adhered to.
Confirming with health and safety rules and regulations and ensure any issues are reported to your line manager.
Ensuring good plant hygiene standards are maintained in the area you are working.
Exhibiting behaviours that reflect a best in class approach
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Carrying out any reasonable request from line manager to ensure we work as one team.
Promoting a positive company image through accuracy, passion, flexibility and attitude.

Completing paperwork to legislation and company policies.
Following company policies and report any issues in the correct manner
