Meetings and Events Assistant (Full Time) at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin City.
Responsibilities
* You will be working in one of our food & beverage outlets; our Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, Room Service or Conference and Banqueting professional, efficient and courteous service to all customers and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction; that all working areas are clean and tidy at all times and that mise-en-place is in for setting and clearing of tables in the outlets.
* Thorough working knowledge of food & beverage menus and ability to guide guests as to work in all outlets as desired.
* Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends.

* Cash handling responsibilities
* Resistant to demanding customer requirements and different situations
* Preferably a desire to progress within this industry
* Restaurant and bar background required
