The purpose of this Receptionist role is to provide front-of-house service to customers in our Naas office, while also being the first point of contact on our phone lines and carrying out administration duties.
This role provides first-class service to Arachas customers.
Role Accountabilities And Responsibilities
Activity Management:
First point of contact for our phone lines, directing calls to the relevant parties
Providing a high level of customer service to our clients
Opening and distribution of post
Administration duties
Customer Service:
Friendly rapport with customers as the first point of contact for Arachas
Welcoming of customers to the office location along with ensuring relevant documentation is completed on arrival
Team Collaboration:
Collaborating with team members
Working alongside a team to ensure the company objectives.
Ensuring customer queries are directed to the relevant teams
Compliance:
Ensuring all compliance standards are met
Requirements:

Experience working in a similar role.
Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
