The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for clients in GCS designed to grow medium and large sized businesses in Turkey.
Through long-term relationship development, we're dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
Own a portfolio of medium and large-size businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
Manage stakeholders, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, account management, marketing, consulting, or media.
Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged promoting.
Experience with planning, implementing, tracking and execution.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently achieve goals to deliver growth.
Ability to influence stakeholders, internally and externally.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling for client engagement.
