At Saint John of God Community Services, we support individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active participants within their communities.
We are seeking a Day Service Programme Supervisor based in the Tallaght area. This role will involve providing support to adults with intellectual disabilities and promoting community involvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day service programs for adults with intellectual disabilities
* Develop and implement strategies for community involvement and social roles
The successful candidate will have the following:
A relevant third-level qualification in Health, Social Care or Training and Education (minimum QQI Level 7)
* Leadership experience in change management projects
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
