Gowan Auto, importer and distributor of multiple motor brands in Ireland are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Leapmotor brand, an exciting new addition to the Irish market.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to deliver key digital marketing objectives and projects for the Leapmotor brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management
* Develop, edit and optimise website content in line with Leapmotor's brand tone and SEO best practices.
* Maintain and all dealer websites with the latest product details, company information, and campaign materials.
* Coordinate with Leapmotor dealer network and Leapmotor HQ digital teams to ensure site consistency and accuracy across the network.
Leapmotor App & Connected Services
* Maintain and update the Leapmotor app to ensure a seamless user experience.
* Lead connected service rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely go-live of new digital features in collaboration with Leapmotor HQ (Milan).
* Monitor digital touchpoints to ensure exceptional customer experience in app performance, interface, and usability.
CRM
* Create, schedule and deliver email campaigns and newsletters to retail and dealer networks.
* Maintain and cleanse CRM databases and dealer mailing lists in compliance with GDPR standards.
* Generate and share performance reports with Leapmotor dealers, providing insights and guidance on campaign optimisation.
* Support initiatives to grow Leapmotor's mailing list and maximise engagement through compelling content.
CSI
* Administer online surveys post-vehicle delivery and Aftersales service.
* Review and update survey content based on manufacturer requirements and market feedback.
* Compile and distribute CSI (customer satisfaction index) performance reports to dealers and internal stakeholders.
* Provide advice and best practices to improve overall dealer CSI scores.
Lead Management
* Identify new digital lead generation opportunities across web and paid platforms.
* Ensure all qualified leads are accurately captured within the CRM system.
* Liaise with CRM providers to implement new features, improve reporting, and maintain data accuracy.
Analytics and Reporting
* Monitor website traffic and campaign KPIs using Google Analytics.
* Provide actionable insights to improve digital performance and conversion rates.
* Report monthly performance metrics to Leapmotor HQ and local management as required.
Additional Responsibilities
* Support the organisation and execution of events such as dealer conferences, product launches, and exhibitions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide updates on digital projects and upcoming initiatives.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align press, social, and digital creative assets.
* Assist in preparing quarterly board reports and marketing summaries.
Key Attributes:
* Proven experience managing websites using a CMS platform.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
* Strong knowledge of GDPR compliance and CRM best practices.
* Experience coordinating with external agencies and digital partners.
* Excellent project management, organisation, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google ads.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven approach.
