Entegro is a distinguished leader in Telecommunications technology, driving the advancement of gigabit networks. The Project Controller will enhance the existing project team, reporting to the Project Manager and working from the Dublin office. The candidate will have a background in the telecoms build industry and will be responsible for the management and integration of the design and build teams to deliver FTTH Network Build projects, ensuring correct project controls are implemented for efficient project delivery.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Project Managers to oversee Fibre to the Home projects, handle project controls, integrate team members, and provide advice to resolve issues as they arise. They will assist in monitoring and managing the project programme, technical solutions, and cost plan, aiming to minimize the impact of project variations.

Responsibilities
* Programme works for crews in the field, efficiently and effectively.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key project stakeholders and teams within Entegro and client organisations.
* Work with Operations teams / project manager to agree deliverable KPIs and ensure resources are committed to meet forecast requirements.
* Plan, track and manage project deliverables and interdependencies, ensuring delivery on schedule and aligned with project plans.
* Track and manage committed costs, provide sign-off with supporting evidence.
* Collaborate with design and build teams to optimize scheduling and delivery, reducing costs and improving processes.
* Determine the most suitable team assignments with Project & Build Managers to meet delivery requirements.
* Act as a key stakeholder, monitoring project Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats.
* Produce delivery schedules/plans against forecasts and milestones.
* Ensure adequate staffing and timely provision of ancillary services to meet project delivery.
* Align project plans with costings and track KPI performance against SMART objectives.
Skills required
* 2+ years in a similar position in telecoms build operations
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors
* Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely reporting
* Flexible and adaptable to challenges; willing to learn and develop skills
* Ability to multi-task and maintain high standards
* Good written and spoken English
* Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
