We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Employment Law team within their Dublin office.
The Role
The successful candidate will join an esteemed global Employment practice, advising the firm’s renowned multi-jurisdictional client base on all aspects of employment and labour law. The candidate will work on a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters, such as corporate transactions, advisory and litigation work, including representation and resolution of claims before the Workplace Relations Commission and Irish courts. This role will also offer the candidate the opportunity to get involved in the coordination of cross-border projects, including compliance and restructurings.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
1-4 PQE;
Strong background in employment law within a medium to large commercial firm;
Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
Outstanding academics;
Technically excellent;
Willingness to become involved in business development;
Ability to work independently and as a team.
