Position: Advertising Manager North and South Ireland
Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Reporting To: Marketing Director
Job Purpose
The Advertising Manager will plan and maximize advertising budgets, work with media agencies to meet targets, promote the company's brand and services, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include managing traditional advertising channels such as TV, press, outdoor, and B2B/B2C campaigns. The role reports to the Marketing Director and involves teamwork.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement advertising campaigns aligned with the business budget.
2. Manage monthly advertising budgets and execute campaigns across traditional channels for Ireland.
3. Monitor and report on campaign performance, including ROI, CPA, CPL, etc.
4. Create and manage communication strategies, branding, and performance marketing initiatives.
5. Generate new business leads and prospects.
6. Stay informed about market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
7. Report on performance metrics regularly.
8. Participate in cross-functional training and adhere to company policies and data protection standards.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Director.

* Understanding of the IT industry sector and main players.
* Knowledge of marketing concepts, especially in B2C environments.
* Experience with reporting platforms like Power BI is preferred.
