About the Role
We are recruiting English Language Assistants for short-term summer contracts supporting English language and cultural exchange programmes in Poland.
This is a people-focused role centred on conversational English, group activities, and daily interaction within a structured residential environment. No formal classroom teaching or lesson planning is required.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily English conversation sessions
Assist with educational group activities, games and programme schedules
Encourage confident spoken English
Work alongside an in-country Programme Coordinator
Act as a role model within a residential programme setting
