We are currently looking for a Senior Assistant to support our Relationship Managers in their daily activities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative and organisational skills, who are able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fundamental support in all phases of client service and account maintenance to assist the business activities of RM's.
* Assist with all aspects of account opening, amendments and closures as directed by RM's.
* Support the Front Office in the performance of the periodic KYC Client Review.
* Handling any documentation, AML reviews, presentation preparation and mailings, as required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the Financial Sector essential.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sensitivity in dealing with confidential business and client-related information.
* Knowledge and experience of client service skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
