Our client, a well-established precision engineering company serving global Aerospace and MedTech OEMs, is seeking experienced CNC Setter Operators (Milling and Turning) to join their high-performance manufacturing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to manufacture high-precision components.
* Select and configure cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and offsets per job specifications and drawings.
* Conduct in-process quality inspections and measurements to ensure tolerances and finish requirements are met.
* Achieve competitive cycle times and contribute to production output targets.
* Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operations and part conformity.
* Reorder tooling and materials as needed to support continuous production.
* Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements and ensure best practices.
* Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling or turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
* Experience machining aluminium, stainless steel, and brass, with ability to hold tight tolerances.
* Previous exposure to precision manufacturing for the aerospace and/or medical device sectors is desirable.
* Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controllers is an advantage.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, job packages, and inspection standards.
* Basic understanding of preventive maintenance routines and tooling care.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a mechanical mindset.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.
