Designer Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding team on a landmark infrastructure project based in Cork. This is a key role in the delivery of a nationally strategic M&E installation, supporting energy resilience and interconnection across Europe.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the onsite delivery of M&E works, including high voltage (HV) installations, across your assigned package(s)
* Manage all resources — labour, materials, and plant — to meet programme and commercial targets
* Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and site standards
* Co-ordinate with engineers, QSs, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
* Monitor installation progress and provide weekly updates to the management team
* Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation on-site
* Oversee snagging, commissioning, and handover activities
What You’ll Need
* 5+ years’ experience in site management, ideally on large-scale or complex infrastructure/M&E projects
* Proven experience managing high voltage works within a live project environment
* A trade background or engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical)
* Strong communication, team leadership, and organisation skills
* Ability to interpret P&IDs and GAs, and to produce material take-offs
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
