On behalf of our client in Kildare, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide professional support to senior management while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
This is a varied role that will suit someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Provide EA/PA support to senior management, including diary management and personal organisation.
Manage and administer invoices and payments.
Maintain and update filing systems.
Oversee office and facilities management, coordinating with the on-site team as required.
Prepare and submit monthly reports for the external accounting office, including expense documentation.
Offer occasional administrative support to the wider management team and senior leadership.
Assist with marketing documentation when needed.
Carry out general reception duties, including handling incoming calls and correspondence.
Candidate Profile: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with a role that covers a wide variety of tasks.
