Overview
Looking for those at the start of their career in Electronics or software to join a long established hardware manufacturing company. You will be working closely alongside the engineering manager who will help to provide plenty of scope to upskill while also being surrounded by a team of peers and technicians to ensure that the electronics side of the company is driving innovation. Working on PCB design and layout while also getting scope to work on other skills such as instrumentation, testing and analytical skills. This role will see you also upskilling in software development such as C and Visual basic.
Responsibilities
You will work on PCB design and layout, instrumentation, testing, analytical skills, and software development in C and Visual basic.
Qualifications
Educational background in Electronic Engineering or similar field (Bachelor’s or equivalent minimum).
1+ year of experience preferred but open to graduates with good educational background or personal projects.
A real passion and enthusiasm for electronic engineering and a strong work ethic to learn in the industry.
Exposure with PCB Design, Embedded Systems, and software engineering (C/C++).
Salary
The salary is dependent on experience. This is an onsite role requiring that you be based locally in Offaly or be open to relocate.
