Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a full-time position based in our Tralee office.
* We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs)
* Cost estimations and reporting
Daily Tasks
- Ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints
- Managing cost control to achieve value for money
Qualifications and Skills Required
1. Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
2. A strong analytical and numerical ability
3. Familiarity with relevant software such as MS Excel and estimating software
