We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves, engaging with customers over the phone, placing orders with suppliers, and receiving deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stocking Shelves: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and clean. Regularly check inventory levels and replenish products as needed to maintain an appealing and functional store layout.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone to promote products, answer inquiries, and process orders. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to drive repeat business.
* Order Management: Accurately place and manage product orders with suppliers based on stock levels and customer demand. Monitor order status and follow up as necessary to ensure timely deliveries.
* Inventory Control: Receive and check incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality. Unload and organize stock in the appropriate storage areas and update inventory records accordingly.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided.
