This is a great opportunity for a BIM Engineer who wants to take ownership of creating, managing, and coordinating digital models for engineering and construction projects, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Developing, managing, and updating 3D BIM models for structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems
* Running clash detection, resolving design conflicts, and maintaining BIM execution standards
* Producing and maintaining documentation, including reports, specifications, and progress updates
* Supporting project planning through 4D and 5D BIM modelling for scheduling and cost estimation
* Providing training and technical support on BIM tools and workflows
Requirements for the role:
* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 3–5 years' experience in BIM, ideally within construction, architecture, or engineering
* Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar BIM platforms
* Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple disciplines
