Who we`re looking for
Dovida Is looking for "Clinical Nurse" with Active NMBI Pin to develop tailored care & service plans for clients.
This community-focused role requires:
* Full driver's license and car
* NMBI registered nurse with active Pin No. (Mandatory)
* Prior experience in Home care, Nursing home or any other Social care sector would be preferred
* Business acumen to ensure client satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.
* Positive and compassionate attitude
What you`ll do
* Meet with clients and families to discuss needs and develop tailored care & service plans.
* Ensure regular quality assurance visits for clients.
* Maintain update client records efficiently using IT systems.
* Demonstrate open and effective communication with the Office colleagues, Healthcare workers and clients and family members
* Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards within the team.
* Conduct Family Education sessions as needed
* Perform any and all other functions deemed necessary
