Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and service environment, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
* Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications.
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
