Director of Digital Strategy
to shape and
elevate our digital output across social, content, and performance channels. This is a pivotal leadership role within one of the world's most progressive, creatively-driven
agencies. We're looking for a digital-first strategist who thrives at the intersection of culture,
media, and innovation, someone who can lead bold ideas into equally bold digital execution.
What You'll Do
Set the Strategic Direction
* Lead the development of digital-first strategies for major clients and new business pitches.
* Champion platform-native creativity that's culturally relevant and context-aware.
* Define the right channel mix across the consumer journey, from awareness to conversion to advocacy.
* Raise the standard for digital thinking across social, performance, and content.
Lead & Inspire
* Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of digital specialists.
* Set strategic priorities that balance creativity, effectiveness, and measurability.
* Foster deep collaboration across creative, planning, and digital functions.
* Promote a test-and-learn culture, driving innovation and best practices.
Bridge Creative & Media
* Translate creative ambition into actionable strategies that connect the right message to the right medium at the right moment.
* Ensure strategy stays connected to outcomes, from brief to execution.
* Champion measurement frameworks that demonstrate real business impact.
Drive Growth
* Embed optimisation and data-driven decision-making into all outputs.
* Guide clients on evaluating effectiveness across channels and journey stages.
* Build strong client relationships and support new business growth.
* Drive capability building in digital strategy, measurement, and performance across the team and agency.
What You Bring
* 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, ideally within creative or integrated agencies.
* Deep expertise across social, performance marketing, and content strategy.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and client teams.
* Platform fluency across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
* Bonus points for experience in connections planning, influencer strategy, or digital experience mapping.
